SENATE BILL NO. 60 "An Act making appropriations for                           
construction and major maintenance of schools; and providing for an

SENATE BILL NO. 60 was referred to the Judiciary Committee.                    
                                                                               
Senator Taylor, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the              
Judiciary Committee referral be waived on SENATE BILL NO. 60.                  
Senator Duncan objected, then withdrew his objection.  There being             
no further objections, it was so ordered.
